Jimmy Lee is Founder and CEO of JTL Wealth Partners. He founded JTL Wealth Partners on the belief that everyone is entitled to a financial future that celebrates individuality, creativity, and their own vision of the future. He developed an innovative business model that enables advisors to serve in the client’s interest yet keep the process flexible enough to help the advisor maximize individual strengths for various possible outcomes.
Jimmy is one of is the highest producing advisors with Waddell & Reed, a national firm with a respected reputation for the past 80 years. He has been with the firm since 1994. In this time, he has been recognized many times for his investment, insurance, and financial planning sales generated. Using the same humble approach when coaching his fellow advisors, clients enjoy the same consideration when working with Jimmy, who believes that each client is a life that deserves special attention.
Jimmy graduated from the University of Texas at Austin. He holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary, AIF®, Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor, CMFC® and Certified Wealth Strategist, CWS® designations, as well as the Series 7, Series 66, and General Life, Health, and Annuities licenses.

Bellann Hyten is President and Executive Partner of JTL Wealth Partners. With almost 20 years of practice management experience, she has learned an important lesson: It’s the people behind the numbers that drive the success potential of an organization. Over the years she has been recognized for aligning employee performance with organizational potential all toward the goal of serving the client’s best interest. Similar to pinpointing the potential success factors of a strategic plan, Bellann works with busy professionals and business owners to build a comprehensive financial plan based on each person’s financial goals. Then she acts as a guide for navigating the many components necessary to engage and adjust the plan along the way. Acting as a financial advisor, she can collaborate with CPAs, attorneys, insurance agents, and benefits departments which helps the client to focus on building the life they desire.
Bellann holds Series 7, Series 66, and General Lines Life & Health & Annuities licenses. In her spare time, she volunteers with Greater Denton Arts Council, Denton County Hispanic Heritage Festival, Oakmont Women’s Club Charitable Group, and La Vida Denton Scholarship Foundation for the University of North Texas, Texas Woman's University, and North Central Texas College. Bellann earned a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences and a Certificate in Financial Planning from the University of North Texas.

A long-term goal for many people is to retire comfortably and to remain comfortably retired. That requires careful and strategic financial planning. As a Senior Vice-President and Partner, Al’s passion are to help clients develop their financial literacy, while establishing financial goals and helping them manage their wealth. After a career in sales and marketing with well-known companies including AT&T, 3M, and GE, Al felt a strong desire to help others provide for themselves and their families on a long term basis. Al's career in the financial services industry has included working at New York Life, AIG, and TD Ameritrade before joining Waddell & Reed in 2010. To Al, it’s a privilege to serve his clients, striving to be their trusted advisor.
Al attended Boston University Questrom School of Business and earned his MBA at University of Phoenix. He holds the Series 7, Series 66 along with his Life and Health licenses. He serves his community on the Southlake Executive Forum, Southlake Chamber of Commerce, and volunteers with Kids Matter International and Junior Achievement. Al enjoys reading, working out, and spending time with his family vacationing together. Albert has been married to his wife for 39 years and has three grown children and two dogs, Duke and Casey.
As a Vice-President, Teresa’s goals are simple: to know her clients well, to treat them with respect, and to measure her success by their success. To meet those goals, she develops financial plans tailored specifically to the individual needs of each of her clients. She believes that personalized service is essential when matching clients with the right financial products and services. She values long-lasting client relationships and advises her clients through every stage of their financial journey. She believes that together we are better!
Teresa earned a Bachelor of Science from Howard University and a Master of Health Services Administration from The George Washington University School of Business. She holds the Series 7, Series 66, and Life, Health, and Annuity licenses.
As a former business owner and entrepreneur, Harry is a Partner of JTL Wealth Partners. His goal is the cultivation of client coaching relationships for the intent of financial life enhancement and enjoyment by providing excellent financial services with unsurpassed technical office support. Harry holds Series 7, Series 63, and Texas Life and Health licenses.
Harry received his Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Georgia, Terry College of Business. He serves as Senior Vice Commander for the Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary, #42.
Jeff Nunes is a Partner with JTL Wealth Partners. He helps professionals, business owners and families with their goals to build, preserve, and transfer wealth. A strong believer in the power of planning, Jeff works with his clients to identify financial goals and put a specific plan in place in pursuit of those goals.
Jeff holds Series 7, Series 66, and General Lines Life & Health & Annuities licenses. Jeff graduated from the University of Oregon, Charles H. Lundquist College of Business. He lives in Woodway, Texas with his wife and their two dogs. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, reading, traveling, and working out.

Brad Weekes is a Partner at JTL Wealth Partners. Starting in the financial industry back in 2009, Brad has acquired knowledge in the various aspects of financial planning and prioritizes an all-encompassing approach when it comes to making a comprehensive picture of retirement for his clients. He has worked on both the non-profit and for-profit sides of the industry. Focusing on high net worth clients, Brad develops plans that incorporate insurance and estate planning aspects, as well as tax strategies which he believes are often areas overlooked in conjunction with risk tolerated asset allocation.
Brad has a Bachelors in Business Administration degree from the University of North Texas. He was a member of several social organizations and participated in extensive volunteer work and additionally was a college football athlete. Brad holds the CFP® mark which is highly regarded in the financial industry. Outside work Brad loves outdoors activities including snowboarding, scuba diving, camping, golf, and trail riding.

Chris is a partner at JTL Wealth Partners and has earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ mark. His journey into the world of wealth management and financial planning started in 2009. He has worked for one of the world’s largest global financial institutions, as well as one of the world’s largest online investment platforms. Over the course of his career, by using the “Golden Rule” as a core value, he has helped individuals plan for and pursue their financial goals. He has the vast ability to work with high net worth individuals or business owners, and can communicate with CPAs, attorneys, insurance agents and benefits coordinators to help ensure synergy amongst each of the client's advisors.
Chris believes that when it comes to forecasting a financial future, the best way to is to create a plan for it. By engaging everyone in a methodical “my future and beyond” planning process, he can provide the necessary blueprints that are required to pursue the desired outcomes for their wealth. Chris also believes that a “great plan” must also include optimizing the investments that are incorporated into the plan. To maximize the value of each client relationship, Chris focuses on strategies that can help identify or implement the reduction of portfolio expenses, minimizing capital gains distributions, tax harvesting opportunities, strategic diversification of concentrated holdings, striving to enhance total portfolio income, as well as many other investment strategies for high net worth individuals.
Chris lives in Roanoke, with his wife Lisa and daughter Carsyn. He enjoys spending time with his family, attending his daughter’s dance recitals, reading, playing golf, and hopelessly watching his beloved Dallas Cowboys attempt to win another Super Bowl. He graduated from the University of North Texas and holds the highly regarded CFP® mark, as well as Series 7, Series 66, and General Lines Life & Health & Annuities licenses.
As Operations specialist, Danika works on “both sides of the house” handling the day-to-day duties of both administration and production. With her background in Business Administration, she provides guidance and assistance in managing the firm’s relationship with key business partners, such as carriers and wholesalers. On the production side, Danika assists advisors with scheduling client meetings, annual client review meetings, and RMD reminders. With the future goal of becoming an Advisor Associate, Danika also assists the team with Client meeting preparation.
